Just...no. They're rough - made 2 toes and a pinky bleed. Nothing special about the service, hard to communicate because my Korean is too basic, and astronomically priced. Julie is nice, but this place is a ripoff.

I’ve had two SNS + tips manicures done here, the first time my nail tech dropped the ring with the color I chose and ended up putting the wrong color on my nails (of course I realized after it was the wrong color). The second time I got it done it was splotchy and I could see the white base and the tip extension peeking through.
Had a wonderful pedicure. They were on time for my appointment despite being very busy. The staff were lovely and efficient. The shop was clean and their utensils were one time only or sterilized. I'll definitely go back.
Was able to call same day for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The color I picked for my pedicure was a bit thin and they proactively fixed it for a darker shade. The staff was friendly and kind and even did my hands and feet simultaneously. I would have surely returned again; however the $110 price tag for these two services caught me immensely off guard and will prevent me from going back as out of my budget for these services.
I hadn't been in since Covid...experience was wonderful. Absolutely perfect French manicure, and relaxing pedicure. Good social distancing of work stations, masks and shields on everyone.
